The Great Exchange (Or Return)
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your order. They'll guide you through the process with a healthy dose of humor and a genuine desire to make things right.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by saguaro.com.
- We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
- We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
- Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out. We are not responsible for returning non-Saguaro products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address
Please contact us if you wish to return items to the nearest return address. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Please note that items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We'd also appreciate it if you could refrain from using the products as props in your latest comedy routine.

Please note that refunds may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method. We promise we're not using your funds to finance our next comedy tour.
The Fine Print (With a Twist)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we'll gladly cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
